Clutch pedal on floor, know what that means...
I noticed it yesterday and the fluid was low, topped off but no real improvement and I've never bled the system on one of these cars. I assume its a sealed system so the fluid had to go somewhere which likely means master/slave cylinder replacement.
Anyone want to assist in a clutch bleed for food and beer?
I may end up needing the master/slave cylinder as well so if anyone local has done that drop me a PM.
Thanks,
Robert

GODAM, I just called Tameron honda for shits and giggles and they want $823 labor to replace the master cylinder! They said it was an 8 hour book rate job for Honda.
Is it really that bad?

Yeah, expect that reaction each time you go to them.
I'll help (if I can find the time) as long as it only requires a dumbass to stand there and hold something, or pass tools and parts.

Thanks guys, I am going to have my car idiot brother in law come over and push the pedal and I'll flush/bleed the system and monitor the fluid level closely.
Will put off replacing the cylinders until after the holidays.

Does that include parts? It better.
master cylinder pays 0.8 an hour under warranty slave cylinder pays 0.6 hour under warranty. I don't know what they expect to get for customer pay but that is one hell of a mark up.

Yeah ... that's almost a 600% markup from the warranty time rates ... if they are not quoting the wrong repair job, I would have to challenge them on that. Don't know if it would do any good or not, but sometimes, just asking them to come clean might get a break off of it.
If the other dealer will treat you better, that'd be the place to earn your business.

UPDATE*******
Since topping off the reservoir the pedal feel improved greatly the first day and after sitting undriven for 3-4 days the car feels like new again, weird!
I got up under there and on the inside footwell and can't find any signs that there is a fluid leak, also weird!
Which one of you asses syphon'd some of my fluids
