Autocross School / Test & Tune
OK guys here's a chance to work on your skills or just get started in a non-points event. Should be a great day at Sunny South. The following was taken from The Gulf Coast Region's Website.
Next Event at Sunny South Speedway
November 16, 2008
Autocross school/test and tune
Price is set at flat fee for all participants at 30 dollars.
Event is open to all members and non-members ages 16 and up.
Minors must be accompanied by legal guardian and have minor waiver completed and submitted at registration.
Schedule:
Gates open at 7:00 am
Registration and tech 7:30
Drivers meeting 8:30 with course discussion and instructor student assignment.
Test and tune participants will be on course by 9:30
Students will join in when ready.
Morning course lay out will be grouped into Skid pad section and a separate acceleration slalom and braking section.
Short break for lunch and re-set course.
Afternoon course will be basic Autocross course to practice and provide as much seat time as day-light will permit.
Timer will be running to provide driver feedback.

If you are under 19 years of age you must complete the MINOR RELEASE which can be found HERE.

Topper... man, i just got new tires. And i was all ready to go out there and rip into them. and you know what happened?
Mandatory cleaning day, imposed by my boss.
Sucks, i know. Oh well. Better to not chunk the new Sumi's, i guess. i'll just wait til next time. not a big deal (Oh god, i'll say anything to make myself feel better about missing another one...)
By the by, when are we going to have another meet?

Hey guys!
I would be out there too but my rears a BALDDDDD and someone slashed my top and stole the badges off my car halloween night in the winn dixie parking lot so im dealing with that right now.
I'll see if mom will let me take her M3 vert?

That really sucks. Is Ins going to cover most of it or are you just screwed?
You could probably still come out and hitch a ride in a few cars. Might not be as much fun though.
