Amazing S2000 Cinematic Renders All of our AP1 Fanboyism

Sometimes, an S2000 a little bit of Voltex carbon and some Volk Racing CE28Ns are all you need.

We here at S2Ki still believe that the S2000 is one of the best cars ever designed. Even if the AP1 is now more than 20 years old (which still sounds crazy to us), it stands out among other cars on the road. There just really isn’t another car that looks quite like it. We have to thank the designer at Honda, Daisuke Sawai, for that.

So, even though it is unique and recognizable in its stock form, once you throw on a modification or two, these cars really start to shine. This is exactly what you’ll see in this beautifully-shot cinematic by Austin Philbeck on YouTube. If you love your S2K, this video will get you dreaming about it even more. If you enjoy well-done cinematography, this video will be everything you ever wished for. It’s kind of hard not to fall for a Laguna Blue Pearl S2000. Especially with all of that Voltex aero, she really is a looker.

Unfortunately, we don’t have too much information on the actual car featured in the video. However, we did manage to find the owner, Nick Richardson, on Instagram. Let’s be real though, the car pretty much speaks for itself. It would definitely break some necks on the freeway with how aggressive the Volk Racing CE28N setup is. Not to mention the full Voltex front end and rear wing. As if this wasn’t enough carbon fiber already, the hard top is also full carbon, just to complete the aesthetic.

So if you love looking at cars and enjoy high-quality video, enjoy. This is definitely one we will be watching again in the future, and we’re pretty sure you will be, too!
