The Honda S2000 Top Secret Manufacturing Process

Have you ever wondered to what extent the S2000 is hand built? Rumors have floated around that the interior was stitched together by experienced female Honda technicians, because they could do a better job than the men.

All those rumors may now be put to rest. Understandably Honda (like any other manufacturer) has kept their production line top secret all along – why would they advertise it to the world?

A while ago, Honda invited a few of our members to visit the Suzuka facility. To this day I regret being unable to participate in that trip, owing to work obligations. However our member, gofast182, has done some diligent digging around Honda’s Japanese site and discovered a treasure trove of videos showing the S2000 manufacturing process.
