Default Jimmy V benefit charity autocross July 21-22....Fayetteville!

THSCC has just gotten approval from the great folks at Crown Coliseum to use their East lot for an autocross on July 21-22 in Fayettevillle, NC. Come to both events....the Saturday is a charity fundraiser for the Jimmy V Cancer foundation, and the Sunday event will be pur points #5 event. We have been holding the charity event for several years now, and since 2005 have raised over $37,000 for cancer research. It would be really cool to see some of America's Finest from Ft Bragg at our inaugural event, as well as our fellow Fayetteville area S2k crowd!

We look forward to Fayetteville being a regular location going forward, and are psyched to work with the folks at the Coliseum!

Register online at THSCC preregistration

Hope to see you there!

Can anyone provide information on the fact that there is a Benefit Auto-X and a Points Auto-X? Can we do both without being SCCA members or just the Benefit one?

EDIT: I think I have answered my own question. I will be registering for both

BTW, THSCC is not associated with SCCA, but we generally provide reciprocity to other car clubs like Triad, Highlands and the NCR/CCR/SCR SCCA regions. Drivers are encouraged to sign up early and often, especially if you are a novice and interested in starting a new autocross/HPDE hobby. It pays to pre-register and pre-pay, as it is $10 more for onsite registration.

Will there be plenty of helmets for loan? I have not purchased one yet, unfortunately.

plenty of loaner helmets available in that cool, uber-fashionable orange color. And, you can get lots of helpful instruction from our Novice coordinators or other drivers if you need/want some advice.
