Default Rpf1 fitment help

I'm looking into picking up some 17" rpf1's. What's the best size to get without having to roll fenders and relocate bumper tabs while still being flush and not rubbing? I'm also riding on some swift springs that lower about an inch.

Thanks!

I would do 17x9 +45 in the rear with a 255, and a 17x8 +45 in the front with a 235 for a plug and play set up.

You can't have it both ways but I agree that 8/9" +45 is probably your best option. FYI, I rubbed on 8/9" +45 even with 215/45 and 245/40 tires and the car lowered on Espelir springs. You might be OK with a 1" drop if you stick with 215/245 and run a decent amount of negative camber. I was not happy at all with the way the 8"+45 looks with convex spokes. I would just get 9" +45 front and rear, roll your fenders, and run whatever tire size you want - up to 255/40 all around.

17x9+45 with a 255 will rub! That is what I run, with a complete roll, slight pull and -3.0 degrees of camber, and over large dips and the driveway, I rub.

I agree with Nate, you can't have both!

The only plug and play setup for the S2000 is high offsets!

High offsets = stock looking wheels = waste of money on aftermarket wheels

Just my opinion, Hellafail is lame, function is good

Yes high offsets = stock looking wheels, but if people don't want to mess with their fenders, then they do not have many options.

I prefer a mix of hellafunctional and hellaflush hahaha! Gotta look good, and be able to drive hard in my book

Looks like I will need to get my fenders rolled then. If you go 9" all around after rolling, do you still rub anywhere? I've also read that going non-staggered compromises the handling of your car. What's your experience?

If your roll is done properly, you won't rub. I've ran 17x9 all around with 235/40 in the front and 255/40 in the rear with -2.5 degree camber at my height (you'll probably get away with -2 degrees) and didn't rub at all after a proper roll.
