My parents "assisted" me in buying this car way back when I was 16 and it's my very first car - ahhh the memories!

I could not drive manual yet so this was an Automatic GSX model. It does snow in the midwest so the AWD was handy. I want a 3000GT VR-4 but that was way over the budget!

Keep in mind back in 1992 (especially in the midwest) the import "scene" was just starting up so there was no car forums or mainstream activity. I think we didn't have our own import car show till like 3 years later!

I was a broke h.s. student so couldn't afford rims at first so notice my creative painting skills on the rims...haha! I thought blue and green was a tight color combo back then so my windshield wipers were green and I even had a white racing stripe decal put on there! Blackouts were popular back then - you guys remember those?

After a few months of savings (working as a knife salesman) I managed to pick up a set of pimp OZ wheels....lowering a car was not even a concept for me back then!
