Reason for sale:
I just moved into a new house this September, I cannot park the car into the garage because of the gutter way and the slope of driveway. It is my daily drive, I feel the car is too small it is not convenient for me to keep it, it’s time to move on.
It has always been parked in garage before.
I am trying to sell it as is, not considering of part out so far.

With Science of Speed light weight flywheel 11.5lbs
Both sides’ rear wheel bearings were replaced in 2012
Hankook V12 EVO 245 X 45 all around replaced last year
Valve adjustment done with new NGKLaser Platinum spark plugs
Amsoil 10W-30 engine oil with OEM oil filter every 5000
OEM transmission oil and Amsoil 75W-90 diff oil every 10000

All the service with record from Infiniti Motion, San Marco
There may have something I missed, I will keep undating.
The rest of the car is stock, all vin numbers matched

Cons:
Cuts in the passenger side seat (It's probably I left tools on the seat then somebody sat on it) it's now patched with black hole patch.
Some tears on the convertible top passenger side corner, but I patched it with black hole patch and used vinyl repair kit.
I painted the front lip with rattle can, front bumper has rock chips.
Other than that it is a perfect car with no issue at all.
Hand washed the car by myself only.
