Default 2000 S2k, Just picked up, DEAD CLUTCH

Name is Dylan, Live in Honolulu, Hawaii, just recently picked up a red S2k with 66k miles on the odometer, Just a few days later the clutch fails and It revs super hard but doesn't go anywhere, does anyone know some repair shops on the island I can go to or WHAT KIND of clutch i can buy? whether it'd be online or somewhere here in the island. Also, how can i get past safety check? My car is dropped pretty low with rims sticking out the fender, advice and help needed asap! I can barely drive a stick car, so i'm taking it slow

Thanks guys, Pics of the car here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/84158440@N05/

Welcome, noob!

For recommendations on shops in your region, you may want to check your regional thread and post there. https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/forum/55-...-s2000-owners/

Good luck.

How good is the exedy clutch? The shop told me $950 for the clutch and installation. Seems to be a reputable shop in Hawaii. Is this fair pricing??
