I went to the World Import Challenge at Houston Raceway Park today and was totally dissapointed. We showed up and paid $20 each, a total of $40 to watch advertised 8 and 9 second cars race and see all the displays of cars. After staying only about 30 min we saw NO CARS RACE and only a few displays. We asked about the racing and were told that the racing was finished, even though the event was to last from 3 to 6 and it was only about 4:30. They would not refund our $40 bucks.

he means, that

1. this was a private sponsored event, not a official track sponsored event. some private party put on a crappy show, nothing to do with Houston Raceway except for collecting a fee for these guys to use the track

2. its one of the best tracks you'll find for a long distance

3. you were late, not their fault
