ROBBED / SCAMMED on CL by shady guy
He drives a 1997 White 328i Sedan on stock rims, CA plates and has angel eyes. Stupid me for not getting his plate!
If anyone knows how to track down a cell number please email me!!!!!
This guy deserves what's coming to him, goes by the name John Dao and is Vietnamese. Drives a 1997 BMW 328i sedan with angel eyes.
I met up with him last night in Milpitas Q-cup to sell a Eclipse AVN-5495 radio and he robbed me. He pretended to want to buy the radio, handed me a sealed envelope. Before I had time to open it, he LITERALLY RAN with the radio into his car and peeled out like in the movies!!!
His cell is 209-230-7283 (said he was from Merced)

Shows his carrier service is from Metro PCS, anyone work there that can help me get a billing address?
I know I will never get my money back (chalk it to experience) but BE CAREFUL OUT THERE

did you report it to the cops? Can't they do something with tracing the phone number?

well hell, at least they've gone from breaking your window and using a screwdriver to pry out the dash to stealing in person. how thoughtful. at least he gave you the chance to tackle and beat him down.
dude must be desperate. the only thing more embarassing than driving a bmw that is 1 generation behind, is a driving a bmw that is 2 generations behind. i hope somebody catches this mofo.
