What can I say? Car has been babied and meticulously maintained, never raced, never crashed, never in rain or snow. One or 2 tiny rock nicks on hood are only defects I can see. Absoluely no acid rain spots (I took delivery and garaged it immediately). Car sits covered in heated Premier Garage. I have all the major OEM parts if you want them, and many spares that also can be yours. Car was made in the Tochigi (NSX) plant and I took delivery as 1st owner in December, 2003. I am a "mature" driver - no street racing, no off-road adventures, no clutch dumps - just driven in a spirited fashion in nice weather - winterized each Fall. Very carefully run-in engine, tranny, brakes, and differential. The Mugen exhaust is particularly nice - beautifully made with a great tone, and installed so the tips are perfectly centered.
The Rick's X-brace up front and the reduced weight of the Mugen exhaust out back combine to make the car very neutral and crisp at turn-in - none of the irritating 2004+ understeer I've felt in others cars.
Why am I selling? Well, it's a great 4.5 years, but time to move on. I have a Nissan GT-R supercar on order, and just cannot see having two throughbreds in the stable. Priced for quick sale at firm, very fair price to reduce "noise" in my life. NO tirekickers, dealers, brokers, curbstoners, cash plus traders, etc need apply - I have the title and do not value idle chit-chat (but I'm a friendly guy - just busy). I doubt there are many if any 2004's as nicely set up and clean as this one - I have maintenance records which establish provenance - stand-up seller, stand-up car.
