Default 1/4 mile times

I brought my s2000 to the track for the first time. All I have is intake, exhaust, straight pipe. I ran 14.6 at 98mph. can anyone with similar mods tell me what they ran. I'm just trying to see how off I was from what I could have done. I know I could have ran a lot better time with a couple more runs. let me know - thanks

I've heard of "stock" S2000's running as low as 13.7 before, but that is with a really good driver and good track conditions.

the temp, elevation, etc... all come into play.

normally with an S2000 and it's lack of torque I think you need the tires to spin some..... drag radials will probably just rip your differential into pieces or burn the clutch....

CBRE - those are very nice times...are those corrected or actual time slips?...what track?

I agree about the drag radials, I like a little spin(Kuhmo MX's). I ran at norwalk Raceway Park and Pittsburgh Raceway Park(had some import event, ended up semifinalist all motor 4). Times are uncorrected.

Dont recomend at all if your rear end is stock! I tell you from experiance, my friend has an 05 he boght it brand new and three months later he put some drags (nitto 555drag) and he took the car to morosso and didnt even get to run it one time, the axel (drivers side) snaped and walla it broke. I dont personally recommend drag radials, on a stock rear end on an s2k that is!
